When to use it

Limitations

Order matters
Offices and hiring portals often expect a fixed structure: form, declaration, attachments. Set order before merging and open a preview in a reader before submitting.
Passwords and PDF restrictions
Encrypted files block reading in the browser. Unlock them locally in trusted software, then merge. Do not enter PDF passwords on public computers.
Large document batches
With hundreds of pages, merge in batches (e.g. 20–50 MB each), then combine the results. That is more stable than loading everything at once on weaker hardware.
Check after merging
Open the result and verify page count and orientation. Phone scans sometimes arrive upside down — fix the source and merge again if needed.
